Dirtbean is offering personalized coaching and training services. Kristy Lanier, professional cyclist and off road triathlete, will work with you to reach your individual goals for fitness and rcing. Kristy will develop a training program utilizing on line communication. Kristy also conducts group clinics both in Marlinton at Dirtbean or will come to you.
