TREASURER’S REPORT: Checking: $1,142.61, Club Acct: $ 53,696.16 Jim Stephens MAWBF: $15,797,40
BOY’S AND GIRL’S CLUB BIKES: Rick waiting to hear from Ryan Smith about moving the bikes to his building.
CYCLING UPDATE: Some members are going to Athens on Sunday to ride the bike path there. Steve Shumaker is riding regularly on Mondays and Thursdays for anyone interested. This is a fast paced ride.
HARMAR BOAT CLUB: They have boats in the water.
DRAGON BOAT:Continue to paddle on Tues, Thurs, and Saturday. The paddlers are going to Pittsburgh to paddle on Oct 4.
BOAT MAINTENANCE: Work continues on the Nancy, The Hellbender and Randdandy have been moved to the River Museum.
DOCKMASTER’S REPORT: Peter Prigge continues to try to contact Dave Davis, MHS maintenance , to get ramp fixed.
CLUB HOUSE: Dan has been in contact with the Mayor, no report back yet.
TRIATHLON: Sunday September 28, 2008. Assignment were given,
OTHER: Fun Paddle is Sunday Oct. 5, 2008 from Lowell to Marietta. $5.00 to lock thru Devol’s dam is the only cost.
The Dayton Rowing Club is going to camp at Lowell during Octoberfest;
A sidewalk survey is going to be done in Marietta.
