The intent of the creation of the Parkersburg Bicycle Advisory Board is to advise the City Council, the Mayor and all Departments and Offices of the City on matters related bicycling and the impart City actions may have upon bicycling.
- Parkersburg Park Day
We are planning an old-fashion block party. Picture an area in downtown Parkersburg that is temporarily closed to motorized vehicles and designated so community members can safely bike, walk, run, dance and play.
