Park Day 2011 - Car free day in downtown Parkersburg
Park Day 2011 is coming to downtown Parkersburg. Park Day is all about parking the car and using your own energy to get around. We will close down the streets for folks to play. Bring your bike, wagons, scooters, walking shoes and join us for a day of fun and activity. Meet great folks and learn what this community has to offer. Our planning committee has been formed. We are a sub-committee of the Parkersburg Bicycle Advisory Board known as the Encouragement committee. The members of the committee are Chair - Kim Coram, Fred and Donna Coleman, Breea Buckley, David Kaufman, Brette Swarr and Katherine Curkendall.
The date is September 17th from 10 - 3, the rain date is September 24th.
