Riding in and out of town
So yesterday the group wanted to ride something different so we set out to explore some local trails in and right outside of Parkersburg.
We started at the Park and Ride!

RVMBA is currently working with a private landowner to develop trails right outside of town. Duane Jones has been flagging a route with the landowner and we went over to check it out. Awesome work Duane and so many thanks to the landowner for working to provide the community with green space! We will reveal more about this system once it is ready.

Great view from the trail under development. This stuff is going to be a blast!
We then headed to the Johnston T. Janes City park, consisting of 36 acres of trails and dirt and had a blast exploring this region that is bordered by Worthington Creek. It was fantastic to be riding dirt so close to town!

Marker for Johnson T. James Park

Beautiful rock cliffs in the park.
