Gentle yoga - defined
Gentle yoga beings with learning and practicing basic alignments with props to help make postures more comfortable, lots of breathing and relaxation, and a gentle way to create flexibility and mobility in your whole body. A great way to transition if you have not been exercising.
All classes are acceptable for beginners because we are always encouraging you to take your time and go at your own pace. There are modifications that our certified instructors can help you with.
