Trick-or-Treat...By Bike!
On Friday, October 30th, the Mid-Ohio Valley Bicycle Council sponsored a family-oriented "trick-or-treat" group bicycle ride. The group of 40+ riders started from Parkersburg Bicycle, stopped at Vienna Bicycle Shop for treats, then peddled back to Parkersburg Bicycle for a grand reception! The reception included recognition and awards ceremonies, a presentation from the WV State Planning Commission, and a fully-stocked healthy snack selection for all to enjoy.
