Bike Maintenance Class Set for January

Want to know a little more about how to take care of your bike? Parkersburg Bicycle staff member Kim Broughton will offer a basic maintenance class on Thurs., Jan. 28 at 7 p.m. Kim will teach you how to do a quick safety check on your bike and how to change a flat tire. Fixing a flat is an easy-to-learn skill that can make a huge difference in your riding experience.

Classes are free if you have purchased a bike from Parkersburg Bicycle within the past year. If you have not purchased a bike at the shop in the past 12 months, the cost to attend is $10.
Everyone is welcome. This is a class for those who know little or nothing about bicycle repair.
Kim Broughton has been teaching outdoor recreation-related classes for over a dozen years on topics ranging from introduction to kayaking to basic bike maintenance. She welcomes everyone in her classes.
