Pro Performance Rx provides to North Central West Virginia and SW Pennsylvania a state-of-the-art indoor athletic training facility with an elite staff of Exercise Physiologists, Strength and Conditioning Specialists, Performance Counselors, and of course top level skill coaches. For use by all age groups and ability levels,the programming is designed to meet the needs of the community relative to recreational athletics, elite sports training, clinics and special events.

The selection of bicycles is amazing, with everything from children's bikes priced at a little over $100 to mountain bikes for recreation at $250 to state-of-the-art full-suspension ATBs costing $1000 and up. These bicycles come in different frame sizes and are fitted to the customer to achieve optimal comfort and performance. Special needs bikes and trikes are also available to help people with some physical limitations enjoy the sport.

Coopers Rock State Forest is 13 miles east of Morgantown and 8 miles west of Bruceton Mills. Its 12,713 acres are bisected by Interstate 68. Although the forest serves as a recreation and preservation area, it has a wider range of uses. West Virginia's state forests also serve as areas of publicly owned land for forestry research, timber management, and watershed and wildlife protection.

Poor Farm BMX is an all volunteer non-profit organization whose goal is to provide amateur athletic competition in the form of BMX racing, practice, and clinics. The crew at Poor Farm BMX strives to provide an area for riders of all age and skill levels to be able to ride their bicycles in a safe, family oriented environment. Poor Farm BMX is the home track to many of the Nation’s fastest BMX racers!
