Other Information:
The Bike Council is comprised of citizens and representatives from local governments to include Parkersburg's Development Director, Captain Keith of the Parkersburg Police, Fred Radar, the Community Development Director for the Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Council, Tracy Higgins, a Transportation Specialist for the Wood-Washington-Wirt Interstate Planning Commission, Kim Broughton (coordinator), Greg Garrett of the Blennerhassett bicycle club, representatives from local bike clubs, bike shops and anyone interested in showing up at a meeting.
